Who can register?
This is a private event for FEC member companies and their invited guests. Select your company from the list when you register.
Do my guests need their own email?
Yes. Each guest needs their own email address so they can receive their confirmation and itinerary updates.
How do I change my activities later?
Sign in with your private registration link at any time to update the activities for each person in your group.
What happens when an activity is full?
Activities have limited capacity. Once an activity is full it will show as unavailable, and you can choose another option for that person.
When do changes close?
You can update your selections until each activity's deadline. After that date, choices for that activity are final.
Do I book the hotel through this site?
No. Rooms are booked separately. Each attendee reserves and pays directly with the hotel using the FEC group link in the Hotel & Travel section.

Cut-off date: January 18, 2027
Once your cutoff date has passed, or one of your nights has been completely picked up, your link will stop working. If you wish to add more nights to your room block, you can contact your Event Manager to request them via addendum.
